Concierge (Bozeman, MT)

The concierge position is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, assuring accurate patient information and collecting payments. Additional clerical duties will include rescheduling appointments and providing exceptional service to all customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be detail oriented and possess the ability to be flexible and prioritize.

Ophthalmic Medical Assistant (Bozeman, MT)

The ophthalmic assistant performs patient workups, preliminary tests and diagnostics in accordance with protocol. They ensure thorough patient education, facilitate efficient patient flow, medical records, coordinate surgery schedules and potential conflicts.  The ophthalmic assistant communicates with OD/MD as indicated. They triage patient phone calls, answer questions and resolve concerns as directed to achieve patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to patients and family members, be detail oriented and have the ability to be flexible and prioritize.

Concierge - Phone Center (Sioux Falls, SD)

The concierge position is responsible for answering incoming calls, taking messages, transferring and providing information as appropriate. The concierge is also responsible for booking, coordinating and rescheduling patient appointments. The concierge works with clinical assistants to assure accuracy of appointment schedules. Additional clerical duties may include handling correspondence, maintaining stocks of materials, distributing incoming mail and providing exceptional service to all clients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible and prioritize.

Medical Billing & Reimbursement Specialist (Sioux Falls, SD)

The Medical Billing & Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for patient payments and collections.  This role also requires reviewing reimbursement, answering patient questions, as well as other department needs.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be a self-starter and detail oriented along with possessing the ability to be flexible and prioritize.  Two years of related experience in a medical or business environment is preferred.

 

Research Coordinator (Sioux Falls, SD)

The research coordinator plays an active role in clinical research including patient testing, data collection and dissemination of study information. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting with study initiation activities, such as coordinating the delivery of study-related paperwork, equipment, demos, supplies, and participating in study-initiation meetings.  They are responsible for ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance to assigned clinical study protocols. This role acts as a liaison between clinical study sponsors, patients, doctors and VTV staff members.  Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in health related or basic science program or current COA, COT or COMT certification preferred.

Patient Advocate/Concierge (Omaha, NE)

The Patient Advocate/Concierge is responsible for ensuring accurate patient information and thorough patient education. They assist patients in the coordination of their surgeries including scheduling appointments and insurance review. Knowledge of insurance and the ability to speak with insurance companies is highly preferred. This person will also be checking in, scheduling patients, preparing paperwork, taking payments, handling walk-ins,and maintaining cleanliness in the waiting room.The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills with a high attention to detail, ability to communicate in a open and concise manner and have the ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks. Lastly, the ability to work well within a team and relate well with patients is a must.
